People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing. At IBEX Global, we work hard and play harder. Last weekend, a picnic at Al-Hadi Farmhouse was organized by Ops Support Team Leaders. The picnic itself was a full day of fun and games. The leaders of our social club had thoughtfully planned activities to help us get outside of our comfort zone, and interact with members from other departments. There was an activity of Trust Building, lots of singing, good food, and we pulled off the mannequin challenge with the help of 70+ people. All in all, this was a very successful gathering. It is always good to meet the people you see every day at work, but outside of the workplace. You get to know them in an informal way, and find out what kind of a person they are.
